Services:

In the simplest terms, you bring us 1-3 rooms with your wishes and vision and within 5-10 business days (depending on number of rooms) we provide a game plan for you to implement how you see fit. We do not select specific items, but we do provide a list of suggestions for everything you will need to complete the room as we would if we were implementing it ourselves: how the room should layout, the size of the furnishings, lamps, draperies, rugs, artwork, accessories, color story and even paint colors. This package is intended for rooms without appliances or plumbing such as entries, living, dining, offices, nurseries, playrooms and bedrooms.

We are excited to be able to provide this service as we believe it will allow us to serve more people seeking to create thoughtful, approachable, exquisite spaces. Our current workload for the year allows us to take on 2 per month.

1 30 minute Zoom call meeting to discuss the project and all the key points of the project.

DELIVERABLES:

1 floor plan drawing to scale per room with furnishing placement.
Suggested color story with paint colors specific to your space.
Furnishings with ideal sizes & style. Furnishings include non permanent fixtures such as sofas, tables, side chairs, beds, rugs, lamps & artwork.
Concept design board with general ideas for style and type of items to buy.
Customized shopping list for each room (not including specific items ie, 2 swivel chairs 24W"x30"D, sofa 80W"x32"D, etc)
Design notes & suggestions for putting it all together.
Insider installation tips and tricks sheet with links to a ton of helpful information to make executing the project easy.

Not included: specific items to buy or where to buy items, revisions to the floor plan, references for tradespeople.

02. MicroDesign+

This service is our MicroDesign with the add on of shoppable links specifically tailored to your unique project. This package is our solution for the busy client who doesn't have time to hunt for furnishings and accessories to complete the project. We do the heavy lifting and you simply need to click and purchase ensuring that perfect designer touch.

DELIVERABLES:

1 floor plan drawing per room with furnishing placement.
1 3D rendering of space and how it will look completely laid out.
Suggested color story with paint colors specific to your space.
Furnishings with ideal sizes. Furnishings include non permanent fixtures such as sofas, tables, side chairs, beds, rugs, lamps & artwork.
Concept design board with general layout ideas.
Customized, shoppable list with links for each room.
Insider installation tips and tricks sheet with links to a ton of helpful info to make executing the project easy.
